Cancellation Policy



1.  Can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we start processing the order as soon as it is received. Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of Chipka Ke Bol. Please contact us quickly if you want to cancel, or modify your order. Any changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

Return Policy

Chipka ke bol has a no questions asked returns policy. We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 15 days of delivery. On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or refund the product amount.

 

1. In which cases can I return the product?

        a)  You have received the wrong product.

        b)  Your product is missing.

        c)  Your product is damaged.

        d)  Your product is mismatched with respect to size, colour and style.

 

2.  What is the returns procedure?

If you want to return any product because of any the reasons [1a to1d] mentioned above, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery.

 

You can get in touch with our Customer Service by sending us an email to tingtong@chipkakebol.com or call us on +91-8285528000 between 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m (Monday – Saturday).We will send you a return confirmation email. Please take a printout of that email and send the same to us along with the returned products. Please use a track-able and reputed courier company for the same. We must receive the return shipment within 10 days of issuing the authorization email. 

 

Once we have received the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund for the same through an online bank transfer within 10 working days. No cash refunds are made.

 

3.  Who pays the postal/shipping charges for the returned goods?

The customer pays the return shipping charges. We do not reimburse the shipping charges. 

 

4.  Terms & Conditions for Return:

 a) The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Chipka Ke Bol Quality Assurance Team.

 b) The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes,invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.

 c) The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged,soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.

 d) PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.

 f) If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.

 g) Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.
