Shipping & Delivery Policy


Chipka Ke Bol [CKB ]  is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest pan of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies like Fed Ex , Aramex . If our courier service is not available in your area, we will refund your money in 10 working days. 


      1.  How long does it take for delivery?

Well it takes time to deliver. In case of a human baby it takes 9 months. We at CKB put your orders into process within 24 hrs of receiving the same. The duration of delivery can take place 7-9 working days depending on your location. CKB is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.


      2. Can I have my order delivered on a particular day?

We will try our best to deliver in the quickest possible time. However we can’t commit on delivery on a particular day but can promise to deliver the product in an excellent condition.  

 

     3.  How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Just pay a tiny amount of Rs. 50 as courier charges and your order is delivered at your doorstep. Well if your order is above Rs 500 it will be Shipped for free.

 

     4. Why have I received only a part of my order?

As the ordered product may not be available in the inventory we may have send you a partial order shipment. We will inform you in such cases and will try and fulfill the remaining order at the earliest.


     5. Do you ship outside India?

Sorry, As of now we only ship in India.

 

 Order Tracking

     1.  How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will get an order confirmation email shortly after you place the order. If you do not get the order confirmation email, please get in touch with us immediately at tingtong@chipkakebol.com or call us at +91-8285528000 (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM - Monday to Saturday) 

 

     2. How can I track or check the status of my order?

You would get a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details. To track the order you need to sign up with us while placing your order. Then you can track your order by logging into your account. In case you have not received any update please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately by giving us a call on +91-8285528000 (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM - Monday to Saturday) or drop us an email tingtong@chipkakebol.com  

 

    3. Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

We apologize but we do not have the facility of returning the product to the courier agent and take the cash back from him. 

 

   4. My order hasn't arrived yet. What can I do?

In case you don’t receive your order in 12 days then please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. Give us a call on +91-8285528000 (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM - Monday to Saturday)  or drop us an email at tingtong@chipkakebol.com 

 If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, chipkakebol.com reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.

 5.  How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We would only be able to change the shipping address till the time we have not packed and shipped the order. Kindly inform our Customer Care Team on +91-8285528000 (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM - Monday to Saturday)  and share the new address on tingtong@chipkakebol.com . We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address given by the customer. We would request you to check your address in detail at the time of checkout. An incorrect address will incur a triple shipping cost as the package returns back to us and we then reship the same back to the corrected address.
